Orders usually process within 1–3 business days. Estimated U.S. delivery is typically 7–14 business days after processing. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to update after a shipping label is created.

14-Day Return Note

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. The tracker must be unused, unactivated, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with the charging cable, manual, and all included parts. SIM cards and mobile service plans are not included. Contact support for approval before mailing any return.
